Whoever serviced my policy (Catty??) was the RUDEST most unprofessional person ever. Instead of using any of State Farm's best practices (all of which I myself know in and out) she fought with me and made me so angry I was crying and screaming. She continued to tell me I was wring and followed up with a rude email to make her point and not fix my issues. She also didn't bother having her agent, the name she is to represent, contact me. She ran my credit, wrote a policy, canceled one I still need and fought with me all over something I know I was correct about after working for the company for the same company 6 years. I am thankful to never deal with her again. I'm still waiting to have my policies corrected as I needed 2 renters policies as I explained to her over and over. They're still wrong. Sarah, you were great and wish they had transferred me to you."
